We are home safe and sound. The weather here is much, much better than it was in MD. Will catch up to everyone tomorrow. I need food and sleep.

So, we got some snow last night here in Maryland. Thank goodness we're not only Ohioans, but we have four-wheel drive. We're getting ready to head down to the lobby of the hotel for breakfast, and then we have to go over to Bryan's apartment and get his stuff in the Jeep. He has to go through a check out process with an RA, and we're hoping that doesn't take too long. My legs and feet hate me this morning. I'm really stiff and uncomfortable, and the hotel bed didn't help any. I can't wait to get back to my bed with the Memory Foam topper.

I'm getting read to go to Washington, DC to pick up Bryan from his internship with the US Marshals. I'll be back Saturday night, though. I really want to do a big info dump at that time and get my journaling caught up. I feel like I've got no time for it anymore, and it makes me sad. :-\

So I'm sure that most of you have seen those videos where they redo the lyrics to literally describe what's going on in the video. This one is a twofer: Apparently, there was a "Hall" version and an "Oates" version of Hall and Oates' rendition of Jingle Bell Rock. The maker of this video did both versions, and put them back to back. And I'm glad he did! There are lines in both that nearly made me choke, but my favorite is in the Oates version. Enjoy!
